His grandfather, Meinrad Schnellman, was a home developer throughout the Lehigh Valley for over 30 years. After Meinrad's retirement, Frits worked in the family business, for his father and uncle, throughout his teens and early twenties. This time was instrumental to Frits’s expertise in home construction. After working in management in manufacturing for 14 years, Frits is proud to now be full time in his chosen craft of home improvement. Frits's main strength is his communication. Frits explains everything to homeowners, in layman’s terms, so you know exactly what will happen, when and also why. “Not my job” isn’t in Frits's vocabulary. Frits takes great pride in his work and works with an exceptional team that shares his work-ethic, values and passion for helping homeowners.
